Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy. Items must meet eligibility requirements such as condition, time frame, and proof of purchase.

Returns and refunds are subject to damaged or missing items upon arrival. Customers must take pictures of these items and email them to info@tactical-one-24.com for processing.

All returns must be sent to a processing address provided in an email reply from Tactical One 24 headquarters.

All refunds will be processed when a tracking number is issued and a shipping label is sent via email to the customer from Tactical One 24.

All returns and refunds must be completed within 30 days of the item’s arrival to the customer and require approval from Tactical One 24 headquarters.
