TACTICAL ONE 24 · EAST KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON
A community storefront built on a sustainable business
Our plan is to grow Tactical One 24 from an online retailer into a local destination for first aid, emergency preparedness and outdoor gear. A physical location would give customers a place to compare products, receive personal service and build a lasting relationship with a local business.

FUNDRAISING GOAL
$200,000
Toward a brick-and-mortar Tactical One 24 location.
STARTING FOUNDATION
Online store
An existing storefront, product catalog and checkout.
COMMUNITY FOCUS
East King County
Local service, preparedness and future employment opportunities.
1. The customer need
Families, outdoor enthusiasts and local businesses need clear guidance when choosing first-aid kits, replacement supplies and emergency gear. Our proposed local store would let customers see the products in person and compare options for their needs.
The goal is to earn repeat business through useful product knowledge, reliable fulfillment and responsive customer service.
2. How the business will earn revenue
Everyday retail: Sell first-aid kits, medical supplies, preparedness equipment and outdoor gear through the existing website and, when feasible, a physical location.
Repeat purchases: Help customers restock used or expired first-aid supplies and replace consumable preparedness items.
Local business relationships: Develop opportunities to supply first-aid kits and refills to workplaces, tradespeople and community organizations. These are planned sales channels, not existing contracts.
Connected online and local service: Keep the website operating as the retail foundation while evaluating in-person service and pickup options for a future location.
3. Our reason to earn the customer’s business
Organize MyMedic, First Aid Products and other product lines clearly so customers can compare relevant choices. Explain product contents, size, intended setting and price without making unsupported performance claims.
Build trust through accurate listings, clear delivery and return information, real product demonstrations and verified customer feedback. Evaluate discounts against the actual cost of supplying and fulfilling each order.
4. A practical customer-growth plan
Discovery: Improve product information and eligible free Google product listings, and publish useful demonstrations and buying guides.
Community: Participate in local conversations and build relationships with outdoor groups, tradespeople and organizations where outreach is welcome.
Conversion: Send interested shoppers to specific products, make checkout straightforward and answer pre-purchase questions promptly.
Retention: Provide dependable service and invite customers who opt in to receive relevant restocking reminders and updates. These are planned activities; results are not guaranteed.
5. What the $200,000 goal supports
The fundraising objective is $200,000 toward establishing a physical location. Proposed budget categories include premises and occupancy costs, store setup and fixtures, opening inventory, and operating reserves.
A detailed allocation will be based on actual site options, supplier quotes and operating costs. No lease, opening date, specific address or hiring commitment is being represented as secured.
If a physical location does not open, contributions will support our existing online store instead. Supporters should consider this alternative use of funds before contributing.
Support for Veterans
Supporting veterans and military families is part of our community mission. We aim to provide welcoming, personal service, practical preparedness guidance and access to first-aid, outdoor and emergency gear suited to their needs.
Veterans Give-Back Program — beginning when our physical location opens: For every $100 spent before tax, Tactical One 24 will set aside $5 in a veterans give-back fund to be donated to a local veterans post. This program is planned to begin after the physical location opens; it is not currently operating.
6. Milestones before a storefront opens
Strengthen the online foundation: Maintain accurate product listings, reliable checkout, useful customer support and sales reporting.
Validate the economics: Review customer demand, product margins, recurring operating costs and the cost of a suitable location before committing to premises.
Prepare the location: Finalize a feasible site, budget, required approvals, supplier arrangements and opening stock.
Grow local employment responsibly: Add roles as the operating plan and available resources support them. Employment is a goal, not a guaranteed campaign outcome.
7. How we will measure business success
Customer demand: Track qualified website visits, inquiries, conversion rate and repeat purchases.
Order economics: Track sales, product costs, discounts, payment fees, fulfillment costs and returns to understand each order’s contribution to operating expenses.
Cash readiness: Monitor operating cash, stock commitments, campaign spending and fundraising receipts.
Reporting: Share meaningful progress updates with supporters. Financial forecasts and spending allocations will be identified as estimates until supported by actual figures.
